Mr Charles Tong is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sing-Ed in Dec 2024. He joined Sing-Ed as Senior Vice President in September 2021 and has more than 30 years of education experience in both public and private schools, as well as private education institutes. He has been leading as CEO, Superintendent, Principal of learning organisations integrating Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Pre-tertiary education services, charting growth and generative pathways for the benefits of learners. He transformed schools, in his past endeavours, he led a school to attain IB World School status and top attainments in merely a 2 years' time span, while concurrently extending it to become a full primary school.
