Mr. Vuth was born in Cambodia. In high school, he received a scholarship to study at the United World College of South East Asia in Singapore. He earned both an International Baccalaureate (IB) and a General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) certificates upon graduating from high school. At the University of Oklahoma in the US, he pursued further education, earning degrees in both bachelor's and master's programs. He worked as an undergraduate and graduate teaching assistant during his time in university, starting in his second year and continuing until he graduated. He has spent the last three years working as a teacher at another international school in Cambodia and as a lecturer at the local universities in Phnom Penh. He has instructed engineering courses at universities and taught math in high school. Running, traveling, playing and watching football are some of his pastimes.
