Mr Charles Tong joined Sing-Ed Global Schoolhouse as Senior Vice President in September 2021. He has more than 25 years of education experience in both public and private schools as well as private education institutes. Prior to this, he was the Principal and CEO of St Francis Methodist School where he transformed the school, leading them to attain IB World School status in 2 years, while concurrently establishing a full primary school. He has also held school leadership roles at Hwa Chong International School, Fairfield Methodist Primary School and Dunman High School, encompassing principalship at the 3 core levels of primary, secondary and pre-tertiary. Charles was also a Senior Quality Assessor at MOE Headquarters and Senior Director at MindChamps.
